Vultures Episode 3 Lands

John Morton as Jim Vultour in Vultures Season 2, Episode 3
The long awaited third episode of the current series of Vultures, the web comedy filmed in Kilkenny and produced by Mycrofilms, has finally landed, going live this past weekend.
Jim Vultour And The Mystery Writer Writing Mystery is the third of four episodes slated for the second season, one I’ve had the pleasure of working on in a small capacity, the fruits of which should be seen in the fourth and final installment.
The show has been gaining more traction this year and back at the beginning of the summer made it to the final six productions of a €50,000 competition arranged by the Digital Comedy Lab (Be:Comedy).
And this latest episode?
Former sleuth and aspiring mystery writer Jim Vultour decides to stake out the home of up and coming mystery writer Kate Marple. Why? He’s convinced she is stealing his ideas for her own mystery novel and so Vultour sets out to prove her plagiarism the only way he knows how… stalking! What follows is a game of cat and mouse worthy of the finest low rent sleazy mystery novel! Who shall prevail in this battle of mystery writers? Watch on dear viewer!
This season is more character-centric in its episodes and if you haven’t seen the first two, I’d suggest hopping over to VulturesPI.com, YouTube or iTunes and giving yourself a half hour to digest the first two episodes from this season.
Better still, if you’ve got the time, hark back to the pilot episode from the first season and go from there.
